the second version (on the right) has some promise, but rather simplistic, i feel
i like the idea of an exclamation mark somewhere in the logo. it just grabs the viewer's attention and says 'look at me!'. could also add an 'a' to the right of the exclamation point
combines elements of the above ideas into something simple and recognizable. the proportions need work, and the dots and arrow-heads could easily be omitted
in case you can't tell due to my awful sketching ability, that's a snowflake melding with the 'A' of the logo. snowflakes are, of course, unique - but may not be appropriate given your climate (?) and the image you want to convey
and riffing on the theme of uniqueness, a thumbprint. i personally think this has potential - properly re-done digitally
